Pransh Pesticides Advisory Private Limited was founded in 2011 and incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 on 10 April 2018. From its office in Faridabad, Haryana, the firm provides CIB&RC registration consultancy for insecticides, chemical pesticides, bio-pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, rodenticides, agricultural antibiotics, household insecticides and plant growth regulators.
How the firm works
We began in 2011 doing what most regulatory consultancies do: filing applications. What changed our practice was watching how files actually fail. Almost none fail because of a missing signature. They fail because a study was commissioned for the wrong route, because bio-efficacy trials were run on a crop-pest combination that did not match the claim, or because annexures disagreed with each other about the source of the technical.
So we moved the work forward. The engagement now starts with route selection and a written data gap analysis, and the application itself is the last quarter of the job rather than the first. It is less glamorous and considerably more useful.

Who we work with
Technical manufacturers and formulators, importers and traders, bio-input companies, household insecticide brands, seed treatment companies, and foreign manufacturers operating through Indian subsidiaries or agents. Our clients range from single-product start-ups to established manufacturers with portfolios that need continuous regulatory maintenance.
Where we are, and why it matters
The CIB&RC Secretariat functions from the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine & Storage campus in Faridabad. So do we. Regulatory work has an irreducible physical component — submissions, corrections, collections, clarifications — and being in the same city turns week-long loops into same-day ones. Over the life of a file, that compounds.
How we talk to clients
Two commitments. First, we will tell you when a claim is not obtainable, or when a file is not ready to be submitted, even when that is not what you want to hear. Second, we do not quote a timeline we do not believe. Registration schedules depend on data completeness, trial seasons and the Committee's agenda, and anyone promising a fixed date at the enquiry stage is guessing.
